United Mixed Martial Arts was formed when Tsawwassen's two leading martial arts academies, Total Defense System & Hap Do Sool, were united in one location.
Our academy offers a wide range of classes for both children and adults. Our syllabus program covers mixed martial arts training and focuses on self defense, wrestling, grappling, throwing, submissions and striking. We also offer co-ed and women's only kickboxing, no-gi freestyle MMA, and much more.
